Scandal! actress Kgomotso Christopher, who plays Yvonne /YV/ Maleeto on the e.tv hit soapie, has rubbished rumours that she could be joining drama series The River. This comes after Kgomotso confirmed that she is leaving e.tv soapie Scandal! temporarily.

The actress has been part of Scandal! cast for the past four years and will make her last appearance on 2 June 2020.
Hours after confirming she is leaving Scandal!, fans started speculating that she is joining hit drama series ‘The River’. However, Kgomotso had to come out and set the record straight.
“I can confirm…I am not joining The River. Love the show though…even popped in to say hi to some of my friends there recently…they even let me look at the view from one of their balconies. Stunning horizons (sic),” –Â she replied to a tweet.
