South African students residing within the Ingquza Hill Local Municipality in the Eastern Cape are invited to apply for the 2025 bursary programme. Fields of Study
The bursary is available to students enrolling in undergraduate studies for the following disciplines:
- Electrical Engineering
- Financial Accounting (with a focus on Chartered Accountancy)
- Information Communication Technology (ICT)
- Maritime Studies
A total of four bursaries will be awarded to qualified candidates.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible, applicants must meet these criteria:

- Applicants must be between 18 and 35 years old.
2. Residency
- Must reside within the Ingquza Hill Local Municipality.
3. Education
- A completed Matric certificate is required.

- The combined household income must not exceed R350,000 per year.
