Thandiswa discovers that Caesar drugged her, while at his office poisoning his cigars. Tiny takes over wedding prep and unknowingly steps on Petunia’s toes.

A dangerous plan is set into motion when Thandiswa successfully poisons Caesar’s cigars. Tiny insists on singing at the wedding, much to Petunia’s continued frustration.

Jaxon tries to kill Caesar, but gets interrupted by a nurse. Later, Ngcuka visits Caesar and performs a ritual to save his life. While Nomeva remembers where she first saw Ngcuka.

After being summoned to the hospital, Thandiswa is stunned to see Caesar alive and recovering. She and Nomeva quickly deduce that Ngcuka was working for him all along.

Ngcuka persuades Caesar to hold off on killing Thandiswa. He sends Nomeva messages from Thandiswa’s phone, but Nomeva realises what’s going on and becomes worried.

Nomeva tries to reach out to Thandiswa spiritually, but is blocked. Thandiswa realises Ngcuka is the final piece in the ritual murders of Sindi and Xoliswa.
